Musik-Express

Dash Door was retained by Casino Pier in NJ to provide an automatic locking solution for the new Musik-Express ride that was already under fabricated in Italy. The ride was one of many new attractions being added post-hurricane Sandy during the reconstruction of the pier.

Dash Door provided several 1200lb magnetic gate locks and a power supply with an input/output option board. Dash Door’s electronics department coordinated with the ride manufacture and provided consulting services to incorporate the devices into the sophisticated ride control equipment that operates the attraction.  This automatic locking solution provides pedestrian safety while the ride is in motion and reduces the amount of labor involved to operate.
